Welcome to Lanzarote!

You have booked Cachito´s room, s which means that you are going to spend a few nights with us. Here are some tips and rules of coexistence to make your stay is as pleasant as possible.

  • Quiet hours from 00:00 to 07:00 am, we recommend not to wash dishes, shower, or make noise within these hours, or if necessary, be as careful as possible to respect other guests.

  • Check-in time: from 15:00 onwards. Check-out time: 11:00 am

  • Please be mindful of the cats. When you arrive, they'll likely come to greet you, so please ensure they don't leave the apartment.

  • You have your own bath towel, face towel and beach towel, shower gel, shampoo and bath mat. You can leave your toiletries in the shower cabinet area (respecting the space of others). The mat can also be hung in the designated part of the bathroom.

  • If we find stains in the towels, sheets/duvet, mattress, etc, of make up, suncream, blood or anything that we can´t remove when whasing them up carefully, we will charge accordingly.  Please ask if you need any more information regarding this.

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden both in the room and in the common areas.

  • The corridor has a 24-hour video surveillance camera for security reasons.

  • **The bathroom is currently being refurbished, please be careful with the unevenness.**

  • The corridor light switches are located to the left of the entrance door and to the right as you leave your room, please remember to turn them off when not needed. 

  • On the last day, if you can't find us, simply leave the key on the table or anywhere in the room, but please remember not to take it with you.
